Where is IW Technologies located and what areas do they serve?

IW Technologies is based in Elgin, Illinois, at 2790 Pinnacle Drive. That’s where our headquarters are, along with our main warehouse, a 240,000+ square foot facility with more than 18,000 pallet positions of hardware inventory. From there, we support customers across North America. Most of the day-to-day work happens throughout the U.S., but we also operate in Canada and Mexico.

On the service side, we rely on a network of over 1,850 vetted technicians. That coverage lets us reach the vast majority of the U.S…about 99% within 100 miles…and support just about every major metro area.

We also run an ecommerce channel through platforms like Amazon and eBay, which makes it easier to access hardware outside of larger projects. But when it comes to full lifecycle services and large-scale rollouts, that work stays focused on North American enterprise customers.
