Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing daily inventory operations within the Receiving Department, including receipts, transfers, inventory control, and team supervision. Ensures accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all receiving activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the Receiving Team to ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming goods.
  • Use ERP software (NetSuite) to process POs, SOs, RMAs, and other inventory transactions.
  • Coordinate and execute internal transfers, building-to-building moves, and inventory put-aways.
  • Utilizes ERP software for Receipts for PO’s, SO’s, RMA’s and Special Projects.
  • Maintain organized receiving docks and storage areas across all warehouse locations.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Support and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal). Bilingual or additional language skills.
  • Previous experience in receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations.
  • Experience managing or leading a team.

Compensation:

A reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role ranges between $60,000 to $65,000. The range considers factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each individual case.
